Aspen Journalism reports that the proposed Wolf Creek Reservoir, in northwest Colorado, will receive a $550,000 grant from the Colorado River District to help pay for engineering work required by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The project is being proposed by the Rangely-based Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District. Read more on this story here.
