The Rawlins Times reports that a developer for a pumped water storage hydroelectric project at Seminoe Reservoir has submitted a new plan for the proposed project. The plan by Utah-based developer rPlus Hydro is designed to address concerns about bighorn sheep habitat and a trout fishery.
