Fortune Magazine and the Associated Press report that a Nevada jury has given $130 million in demages to people harmed by tainted bottled water that caused liver damage. The verdict came against AffinityLifestyles.com Inc.
Its Real Brand water was sold as having healthy detoxifying properties, but contained hydrazine, a chemical found in rocket fuel.
