Briefly: Northern Water reduces water allocations, citing Colorado River crisis

The Colorado Sun reports that Northern Water, one of the largest water providers in the state, will reduce the amount of water it makes available to the cities and farms it serves next year because of the uncertainty over supplies in the drought-stressed Colorado River, from which the agency derives its water.
