Saeda Aljazara Bio

Saeda Aljazara is the new Administrative and Programs Assistant at Water Education Colorado. In this role, she supports organizational operations and programming initiatives, contributing to the organization’s mission of advancing water education and engagement across the state. Previously, Saeda worked for The Table, a Muslim political nonprofit dedicated to increasing Muslim political representation in the United States. In this role, she collaborated with politicians, strategists, and donors to advance initiatives aimed at amplifying Muslim voices in the political arena. Her work included coordinating campaigns, managing donor relations, and fostering partnerships to support candidates and policies aligned with the organization’s mission. Saeda’s efforts contributed to building a more inclusive political landscape and empowering underrepresented communities.

Saeda holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where her research focused on the intersection of media and state mechanisms, particularly their influence on marginalized identities. In her free time, she enjoys skiing in the Colorado mountains, spending time with her cat Salem, and diving into independent research projects.
