Paulina Gutierrez Bio

Paulina Gutierrez is the Programs and Outreach Coordinator at Water Education Colorado. In this role, she supports the planning and implementation of WEco’s full suite of programs and events, while also leading efforts to expand outreach to Spanish-speaking communities. Paulina holds a degree in Evolutionary and Ecology Biology from the University of Colorado in Boulder and has dedicated most of her career to the nonprofit sector. Her background includes research in bird migration, animal advocacy, promoting diversity among young professionals in conservation, and experience in agricultural work. As a passionate naturalist, Paulina enjoys connecting with nature and exploring the beautiful diversity of species, ecosystems, and plant life the Earth has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys birding, swimming, yoga, and spending time with animals..
