Briefly: Water treaty between Mexico and U.S. faces biggest test in 80 years

According to KUNC, Mexico is some 265 billion gallons of water behind on its Rio Grande deliveries to the United States as a result of climate change, growing population, and aging infrastructure. This is leading to a major test of the treaty between Mexico and the U.S and rising tensions in both countries.
