Aspen Journalism reports that the state of Colorado’s Division of Water Resources is handing out $7 million in federal funds to help growers in four major river basins improve measuring devices. The basins are the Gunnison, the Colorado River, the Yampa-White-Green and the San Juan-Dolores.
