Briefly: Small New Mexico community plagued with arsenic-tainted drinking water

The Washington Post reports that one small New Mexico community continues to be plagued with arsenic-tainted drinking water, a common problem for the Hispanic population in the U.S. Levels have been five-times the legal level for 16 years.
