Briefly: Questions being raised about Arizona’s Colorado River underground water bank

KJZZ Radio in Phoenix reports that Arizona cities and a state water authority  are clashing over how much of the cities’ excess Colorado River water stored underground will be available to them as their access to surface water supplies is being cut.
