According to CBS News, Wellington, a small but growing town in Northern Colorado, is accusing the town of increasing water bill rates to levels that are unaffordable. Water bills have reached $1000 a month for some. These rapidly increasing prices are leaving many residents questioning whether it was an error or if it might be time to move.
