Daily Inter Lake reports that the Montana Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments from Montana Artesian Water Company on Wednesday. Montana Artesian Water Company is challenging a ballot initiative that was approved by voters in Flathead County back in 2018. The initiative expanded the existing zoning district to establish more regulatory oversight on Montana Artesian’s bottling plant.
