Briefly: EPA database indicates Colorado home to thousands of PFAS storage sites

The Colorado Sun reports that a national database released by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shows that Colorado may have more locations where dangerous PFAS “forever chemicals” are stored than any other state in the United States. Approximately 21,000 industrial sites in Colorado appear on the EPA list of previously undisclosed locations.
