CBS News reports that Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser is preparing for a major battle over Colorado River issues. Weiser told state lawmakers this week that he has hired additional attorneys and is ready to respond should the seven states that make up the Colorado River Basin fail to reach an agreement on how to operate the river in the years to come.
