The Colorado Sun reports that PepsiCo Inc. has agreed to donate $2 million to the $27 million channel reconnect project for Northern Water’s Windy Gap project in Grand County. The project will reconnect the Colorado River, severed when Windy Gap Dam was built in the 1980s.
