According to KUNC News, the Getches-Wilkinson Conference at the University of Colorado, Boulder this June is one of the rare occasions where a representative from each of the seven states that use the Colorado River appear together in public. Amidst tense conversations and lack of agreement, many people are questioning where this discord will lead.
