The Colorado Sun reports that Colorado is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to partially dismiss a case involving a dispute with Nebraska over each state’s share of the South Platte River. In a filing this week, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said Nebraska, not Colorado, is taking more than its legal share of the South Platte.
