The Los Angeles Times reports that California has released a report detailing different options for cleaning up the San Joaquin Delta, which lies at the center of one of the state’s most important water systems.
Among the options is a voluntary proposal in which water providers would offer billions in cash to improve flows, and fish and ecosystem health. Read more on this story here.
