Briefly: Arizona Navajo ratify historic water rights settlement

The Arizona Republic reports that Navajo leaders in Arizona have signed a historic settlement agreement on the Colorado River that will provide millions of dollars to supply water and infrastructure to tribal communities that have been without water service for decades. The settlement must still be approved by Congress.
