Briefly: Arizona tries new storage rules to hold more water behind Salt River Project dam

The Arizona Republic reports that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will lengthen the time that water can be held in the flood control space behind the Roosevelt Dam from 20 days to 120 days.
