KJZZ reports that the Central Arizona Project has filed to join an existing lawsuit, initially filed by Nevada, against the federal government. The suit argues that the U.S. Department of the Interior’s planned water cutbacks are too harmful to people and economies. Arizona’s water department joined the lawsuit earlier in October.
