Denver 7 reports that House Bill 26-1145 will allow state officials to require mobile home park owners to remediate welfare-related water quality violations. Officials can issue orders to address odor, taste, and discoloration, and mandate additional testing or remediation plans. This “upgrade” to the 2023 Mobile Home Water Quality Act has passed both chambers of the state legislature and is headed to Governor Polis’ desk.
