Briefly: Early mountain snows giving Powell, Mead healthy boost

Newsweek reports that early season snows in Colorado have provided a healthy start to the snow season and could bode well for the spring runoff, though it’s early. Snowpack in the Upper Colorado River Basin is registering at 137% of normal.
