According to CBS News, residents of Wellington, a small but growing town in Northern Colorado, are accusing the town of increasing water bill rates to unaffordable levels. Water bills have reached $1,000 a month for some. These rapidly increasing prices are leaving many residents questioning whether it was an error or if it might be time to move.
