Briefly: Summer rains slash Utah’s water use, preserve reservoirs

The Park Record reports that a summer of drenching rains didn’t solve Utah’s long-term water supply issues, but they did help preserve reservoir storage, with levels dropping just 8% this year, down from 15% normally, due to reduced water use.
