Briefly: New study shows Colorado River has lost enough water to fill Lake Mead

CNN reports that warming induced by climate change has caused the Colorado River to lose 10 trillion gallons of water between 2000 and 2021, according to a new study by the American Geophysical Union. That’s enough water to fill Lake Mead.
