Briefly: Los Angeles residents can now water three days a week, up from two

The Los Angeles Times reports that the City of Los Angeles, citing deep snows and heavy rains, has loosened historic watering restrictions imposed in 2022, allowing its 4 million customers to water three days a week. In the face of a catastrophic drought cycle, the city had imposed the toughest restrictions ever, allowing it to reduce water use by an additional 10% last year.
