Briefly: Utah fruit farmers slash water use 70%

ABC4 Utah reports that Utah fruit growers have reduced their farm water use by roughly 70% using drip irrigation. It wasn’t easy and it took a few years to iron out the kinks, but growers say the practice has had a major impact on their ability to continue farming, despite the growing scarcity of water in the American West.
