The Colorado Sun reports that Colorado’s Ute Mountain Ute and Southern Ute tribes, based in Towaoc and Ignacio respectively, are deeply worried after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a case that sought to affirm the federal government’s treaty promise to deliver water to tribal communities.
