The Water Leaders Program has been going since 2006 and year after year it continues to grow and evolve. This year is no exception!
One big change we have for this upcoming year is our new Leadership Consultant, Dr. Ashley Seeley. Ashley is the founder of Excellence Advantage a Leadership, Organizational Development and Coaching firm focusing on the growth and enrichment of individuals, teams and organizations. She has built a career partnering with organizations to maximize people initiatives and catalyst business results, as well as coaching leaders and executives to define, develop and leverage their strengths to achieve extraordinary success. She is bringing new ideas, skills, and energy to the program and has already made changes to the program that will benefit Water Leaders in years to come!
Stephanie Scott, WEco’s Leadership Programs Manager, has been busy working with Ashley to take the Water Leaders Program to the next level. They have spent many hours collaborating to blend the high caliber curriculum from the past with Ashley’s experience and skill set, which will result in a fresh and highly impactful curriculum for our participants. The 2021 Water Leaders Program class is in for a treat when they see what Stephanie and Ashley have been creating together!
