Briefly: Colorado River officials to explore tracking conserved water

KUNC reports that representatives from Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico unanimously passed a motion last Wednesday at a meeting of the Upper Colorado River Commission to explore creating a way to track, measure and store conserved water in Lake Powell and other Upper Basin reservoirs.
