Briefly: Colorado fisherman renews his 12-year battle to wade in state’s rivers

The Denver Post reports that 83-year-old Roger Hill, seeking to resurrect his battle with the state regarding public access to river beds, is wading into contested waters in hopes of being arrested and gaining support for his cause. The legal fight reached the Colorado Supreme Court, where Hill lost his bid to create public access in 2023.
